Educational material
Plankenkoorts performances are always adjustable for playing in schools. This makes it possible for children across the country to visit our performances with their class. Many children have had their first encounter with dance theatre this way!
For the teachers we develop educational material for each performance. This material is reknowned for the
extensive information, the inspiring dance classes (suitable also for school teachers without dance experience!),
the funny illustrations, the creative theatre rules and last but not least the special musical fragments to accompany
the dance classes!
Unfortunately the educational material is only available in Dutch.
On beautiful music we had to do all kinds of movements like stretching
out, move all our bones one by one and sneak across the room, passing all sorts of obstacles. The class was a big
success and after the class everybody knew that dancing is somewhat harder then it seems. We all became very curious
about the performance we would be seeing in the gymnasium.
